Thanks for your order!

By downloading the "DEAFrontier_Reg.xlam", you understand that (i) you have tried all the DEAFrontier files ("DEAFrontierFree.xlam", "DEAFrontierFreeOpenSolver.xlam", and "DEAFrontierFree_SolverPlatform.xla") and they are working, and (ii) the software license is only for a single CPU/single PC. Once the software is emailed to the user, the software will only run on the registered PC. If the user changes the PC, or the PC is lost, or PC's motherboard is replaced, etc., the user's PC is considered "new", and a new license will not be provided for free.

Otherwise, stop and please contact us and we will refund your purchase. Once the software is emailed, no refund will be made. Thanks for your understanding.

Please download and run the file "DEAFrontier_Reg.xlam" from this link
to obtain necessary registration information. This information needs to be emailed to Dr. Joe Zhu.
Once the information is received, the DEAFrontier software will be emailed to you.

Here is the instruction:

1. Open the download file "DEAFrontier_Reg.xlam" (enable Macros when asked) (A "DEA" menu item will be added into the Add-In Tab where you can re-display the information related to your PC.)

The MS Office security update changed how Excel handles documents that are opened from untrusted locations (such the Internet zone) which are not supported in Protected View. Therefore files open from such locations are now blocked. If the downloaded file will not open in Excel, the user will need to manually trust the file before they open it in Excel. To do so,
1. You can unblock access for individual files you know are safe. To do this:
Right click on the file and choose Properties
On the General tab, click Unblock
Click OK
2. You can make use of existing Trusted Locations capabilities in Excel 2010, 2013, and 2016 via File -> options -> Trust Center -> Trust Center Settings -> Trusted Locations.

2. email the information displayed in the message box to jzhu@wpi.edu

You can use "Ctrl-C" (copy) and "Ctrl-V" (paste) to put the information in a text editor (e.g., Notepad or WORD). Then, save the information in a file and email the file as an attachment.

It is important that you email the exact information displayed.

Please make sure that your email software does not block "jzhu@wpi.edu" with large email attachments.

Please make sure that the email address provided is correct. Please check your spam folder/filter. The software is usually delivered from jzhu@wpi.edu within 24-48 hours. If you do not receive the software for a week, please contact Prof. Joe Zhu and provide an alternative email. (There have been cases when the user's email account does not allow large email attachment or blocks jzhu@wpi.edu.)
